Kazakhstan Documents Attestation

The Republic of Kazakhstan is one of the members of the Hague Apostille convention held in 1961. It became a member on 20th January, 2001. A Kazakh issued document to be used in any member country has to be apostilled first, then translated to required language. That translation will be attested by the concerned embassy of the destination country.

Documents issued in the Republic of Kazakhstan are usually in Kazakh language. For using these documents in a non-member country, they have to be translated and notarized, this translation will be legalized by the Department of Consular Services of the foreign ministry of in Almaty, and superlegalized in the Embassy of the destination country in Astana.

For using in the UAE, Notarized English translation will be sufficient. The document will need to be attested by the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) ultimately.
