My son who is a Sri Lankan is currently in UAE on a visit visa and has been successful in securing a job in UAE. He needs to get his degree certficate issued from UK University attested by the UAE embassy in Sri Lanka for obtaining UAE Visa.. When one of our representatives called over at the UAE embassy today morning. he was told attestation is not becessary for those holding lUK degree certificates certificates. I need a clarification whether in deed this attestation is required or not.

All the documents are original, and attested by the Embassy of Pakistan. But it’s not attested from the Embassy of United Arab Emirates. The owner of the company asked me for the passport, visa and other documents for the employment vis application. But the owner of the company told me that I don’t know If they will accept unattested documents or not. I want to ask “will they accept my documents without the United Arab Emirates attestation”. I don’t know what should I do, I request you humbly to give me guidance on solving this issue. I would really appreciate an early reply.
